Founder and CEO Kaego Ogbechie Rust is a strategy advisor, facilitator, and author. Her writings include 50+ practical guides and articles reaching 85,000+ readers, covering go-to-market planning, impact measurement, messaging, pitch development, and network-building. She co-authored The Venture Fund Blueprint book, a practical guide for operators seeking access to information often held inside private networks.
Prior to founding Foresight Advisors, Rust served as a Vice President/Manager at Goldman Sachs, advising institutional leaders on market education, growth strategy, operations, and stakeholder communication, and building a recurring education series that translated complex market topics into practical guidance.
Rust's community leadership includes Board service and chairing the Operations Committee at Edgewood Center for Children and Families, the largest children's charity in the Western U.S., where she has supported HR hiring, staffing, succession planning, and organizational systems.
Rust has a passion for supporting women in business, currently resides in San Francisco, and received her B.A. in Economics from Harvard, where she stays connected through Harvard Alumni Women's Volleyball Board service and Harvard Alumni Admissions Interviewing.
